Trading Team Specialist

As a Trading Team Specialist at FTMO, you will play a key role in keeping our trading environment running smoothly and efficiently. The role spans across trading operations, risk monitoring, platform configuration, and technology implementation, giving you a direct impact on the quality and performance of our trading infrastructure every day.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Monitor trading activity, account configurations, execution quality, and trading conditions across FTMO platforms.

• Support the setup and maintenance of cTrader/MT4/MT5 groups, symbols, limits, commissions, swaps, and other trading parameters.

• Assist with trading and risk analysis, reporting, and investigation of unusual account activity.

• Work with oneZero or similar systems to monitor routing, execution, exposure, and trading flows.

• Build and improve Excel-based reports, dashboards, and operational controls.

• Identify opportunities for automation and use AI or programming tools to improve internal processes.

• Support testing of new products, trading rules, platform settings, and operational changes.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

• Good understanding of MT4 and MT5, including trading groups, symbol settings, trading conditions, margin, swaps, commissions, and execution-related configurations.

• Experience with oneZero hubs, or similar trading/risk-management systems, is highly desirable.

• Previous experience in the prop trading industry, CFD brokerage, trading operations, risk management, or a similar environment.

• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and the ability to work with large datasets is a strong advantage.

• Interest in AI tools and practical ways to use them to improve analysis, automation, monitoring, and operational processes.

• Basic experience with a programming language such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar is a strong advantage.

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to investigate trading, pricing, execution, or client-account issues.

• Comfort in working with different teams, including Trading, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Customer Support.

• Good written and spoken English.
