ROLE DESCRIPTION
Form Energy is hiring an Equipment Maintenance Team Leader to lead day-to-day maintenance activities and support the reliability and availability of production equipment at our Weirton facility. This role will provide hands-on leadership to maintenance technicians, coordinate daily work, and ensure preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities are completed safely and effectively. The Team Leader will work closely with Maintenance Management, Operations, Engineering, and other support teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, improve reliability, and drive continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and lead a high-performing maintenance organization supporting Form Energy's rapid growth and breakthrough technology.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities for assigned shifts and production areas.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians through hands-on training and technical guidance.
- Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company procedures, LOTO requirements, and applicable standards.
- Support critical spare parts identification, inventory management, and equipment readiness.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, with working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, controls, and automated equipment.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating maintenance technicians in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices and CMMS-based work management.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex equipment problems, prioritize work, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
WHERE YOU'LL WORK:
This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000-square-foot facility is our hub for high-volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing. Relocation assistance is available.
