About this role
500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
Join our Value Creation stream as a Senior Product Analyst embedded in Core Health teams. You will focus on deepening user engagement and driving meaningful product outcomes through personalised experiences, content relevance, gamification mechanics, new market and segment expansion, and AI-powered personalisation.
You'll be responsible for:
• Working closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Designers, and Engineers to support data-driven decision-making across core product initiatives — from feature conception through to post-launch evaluation.
• Identifying new growth opportunities across underserved user segments, behavioural patterns, and emerging use cases that can be addressed through core product development.
• Helping the team understand which company-level goals can be influenced through product and experimentation decisions, defining relevant proxy metrics, and monitoring them over time.
• Supporting hypothesis formulation and prioritisation using data: estimating segment sizes, potential impact, and expected uplift across personalisation, gamification, and content initiatives, while defining clear success metrics grounded in user behaviour.
• Helping the team prioritise ideas and initiatives based on expected impact, confidence level, and effort — with particular attention to long-term retention and engagement signals, not just short-term conversion.
• Participating in product planning and roadmap discussions, providing analytical input to shape priorities around core product bets — including new segments, market expansion, AI-driven features, and engagement mechanics.
• Evaluating experiment results holistically, assessing the true impact on core product and business metrics rather than isolated local effects — including downstream effects on retention, lifetime value, and user satisfaction.
• Translating analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the team and stakeholders, helping bridge the gap between data signals and product strategy.
Your Experience
Must have:
• At least 5+ years of work experience as a Data/ Product Analyst;
• Experience with A/B testing, knowledge of statistics for A/B testing;
• Advanced SQL/Python / R for data analysis;
• Experience in data visualization in Python/ Looker /Tableau or similar.
Nice to have:
• Experience in subscription business;
Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
#LI-KP1 #LI-Hybrid Annual Salary Range (ranges may vary based on skills and experience) £70,000 — £100,000 GBP How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
• Competitive salary and annual reviews
• Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
• Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
• Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
