FLINT is excited to announce upcoming opportunities for a major turnaround project at Rocanville Potash Mine, SK . Join a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering critical maintenance work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Location:  Rocanville, Saskatchewan

Travel: ASAP

On-site:  Until August 14, 2026

  • Day shift only: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 regular + overtime)

Details:

  • Scope of work includes piping and valve maintenance, equipment installation and removal, vessel and tank maintenance support, rigging, material handling, housekeeping, operation of mobile equipment, and general turnaround activities within a potash processing facility.
  • Structured turnaround schedule with planned overtime periods
  • Day shifts only (no nights)
  • LOA: $160/day (including the day prior to start for eligible workers)
  • Mob/Demob: Provided based on distance (up to 6 hours each way)
  • Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate if applicable.
  • Minimum 1 year potash or industrial experience.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS 2020 or WHMIS (within last 3 years)
  • Fall Protection (No virtual option — in-person attendance required)
  • General Mine Safety Awareness (course reimbursed)
  • Aerial Work Platform (asset)
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
