FLINT's Assessment, Remediation, Reclamation and Closure (ARRC) service line is a well-established and growing practice within our Environmental Services division. We are seeking an Environmental Division Manager to lead this high-performing team, strengthen our market position, and drive the next phase of operational excellence and growth.

As the Division Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of the ARRC service line, including operations, project delivery, people leadership, business development, and financial performance. Working closely with the Director of Environmental Services, you will support strategic planning, foster strong client relationships, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality environmental solutions across Western Canada and into Ontario.

What would you be doing?

  • Lead the Assessment, Remediation, Reclamation and Closure service line, ensuring strong operational performance, financial sustainability, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring safe delivery and compliance with regulatory, client, professional, and internal standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, Indigenous communities, landowners, and other stakeholders, representing FLINT as a trusted environmental consulting partner.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing proposals, leading RFP responses, and supporting cross‑functional growth strategies.
  • Mentor, develop, and support multidisciplinary teams while driving continuous improvement in project delivery, technical quality, safety performance, and operational effectiveness.

  • B.Sc. in Environmental Engineering or Sciences with a relevant professional designation.
  • 15+ years in environmental consulting, including assessment, remediation, reclamation, closure, regulatory compliance, and project delivery.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, technical professionals, and complex environmental programs.
  • Strong business and operational acumen, including experience managing budgets, margins, forecasting, resource planning, utilization, and project performance.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills, with experience developing client relationships and supporting business growth.
