Key Duties
Find and connect with new prospects, turning leads into loyal clients.
Advise individuals and businesses by assessing needs and recommending valuable coverage options.
Sell and cross-sell the complete suite of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and others.
Maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service and regular policy reviews.
Exceed sales targets to drive your success and help grow the agency.
Join ongoing training to stay current with new products and compliance standards.
Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, follow ups, and renewals.
Work closely with your teammates to develop effective strategies and achieve team goals.
What You Bring
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong negotiation ability.
Confidence in making phone calls and closing sales.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and accept coaching.
Outstanding organizational skills and a results-focused attitude.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
