WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Agency Sales Trainee, you will:
- Connect with prospective clients through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
- Learn how to identify client needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and regular communication
- Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and client communication using CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training
- Work alongside an experienced team while developing your skills and confidence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
- Comfortable starting conversations and connecting with new people
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
