Position Title:      AI  Scrum Master

Work Location:    BGC, Taguig City. (2 x onsite per week  hybrid set up)

Job Description:

You will guide a team of talented engineers to transform theoretical explorations into practical, production-grade solutions, fostering a high-performance culture that uses AI-powered development tools and automated testing to redefine market leadership.Has value-driven delivery mindset, embodies the DevOps mindset, and an advocate for the process transformation through various automation and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Team Enablement

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement sessions, and Release Planning activities.

• Coach the squad on Agile, Scrum, Lean, and New Ways of Working (NWoW) principles, ensuring consistent adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.

• Foster a high-performing, self-organizing, and cross-functional team culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, and transparency.

• Remove impediments and blockers that may impact sprint commitments, development velocity, or team productivity.

• Track and communicate sprint progress, team capacity, velocity, burn-down metrics, and delivery risks to stakeholders and leadership.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Owners, Architects, and Engineering Teams to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives.

• Ensure user stories are well-defined, properly estimated, and supported by clear acceptance criteria before entering sprint execution.

• Facilitate risk identification, dependency management, and issue resolution across multiple teams and workstreams.

• Support release planning and coordination activities to ensure successful deployment and business readiness.

• Promote predictable, value-driven delivery by balancing scope, timeline, resource capacity, and technical constraints.
