Product Marketing Manager (IoT / Telco)

Your Role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how we position, communicate, and sell our products in the IoT connectivity space.

You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales — owning competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution for key use cases.

This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role, requiring deep industry understanding and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, differentiated value.

We are looking for someone who already understands the IoT/telco landscape and can ramp quickly to make an immediate impact.

Why Join Us?

  • Join a fast-growing company in a complex, high-value industry
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering on cutting-edge IoT solutions
  • Be a key driver of how we win deals and differentiate in the market
  • High visibility and impact across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy and messaging

Your Goals

  • Equip Sales and SDR teams with compelling messaging, assets, and battle cards
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Support strategic deals and contribute to winning high-value opportunities
  • Drive go-to-market initiatives for key products and use cases

Your Impact

  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and clear differentiation narratives
  • Create and deliver sales enablement materials (battle cards, decks, messaging)
  • Partner closely with Sales to improve win rates and deal execution
  • Support RFPs and strategic deals with tailored messaging and insights
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy for new products and use cases
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate technical features into customer value
  • Build frameworks for content that support campaigns and sales conversations

What We Expect

  • Experience in Product Marketing within:
  • IoT
  • Telecom / connectivity
  • Or closely related industries
  • Strong understanding of the IoT/telco landscape (non-negotiable)
  • Experience in:
  • Competitive analysis
  • Sales enablement
  • Go-to-market execution
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Strong storytelling skills — translating technical concepts into business value

Preferred Background

  • Experience at IoT companies, connectivity providers, or modern telco environments
  • Candidates from traditional telcos (e.g. Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom) considered only if they bring a modern, fast-paced mindset
  • Experience in scale-ups or high-growth environments is a strong plus

What Great Looks Like

  • You deeply understand the market, competitors, and customer needs
  • You proactively identify gaps in messaging and positioning
  • You create assets that Sales actually use and value
  • You thrive in ambiguity and build structure where needed

Why This Might Not Be a Fit

  • You don’t have experience in IoT or telecom
  • You rely heavily on long ramp-up periods to understand technical products
  • You prefer narrow ownership (e.g. only content or only strategy) vs. broad impact
