About the Firm
We are a global investment management firm reimagining the next-generation investment organization. As AI, automation, data systems, and evolving market structure reshape the industry, we believe the traditional asset management operating model is due for reinvention.
We are investing aggressively in the people, infrastructure, workflows, and technologies that will define that model: more intelligent, adaptive, scalable, and integrated across investing, trading, operations, and decision-making.
Client Results sits at the center of that evolution. The team is accountable for what clients see, ensuring the data, performance, and reporting behind every mandate are accurate, defensible, and delivered with control. As the firm scales, we are raising that bar: building the data foundation and AI-enabled oversight that protect accuracy and trust and turning Client Results into a function that anticipates problems rather than reacts to them.
This is an environment for builders, problem-solvers, and intellectually curious operators who want to help shape the future state of the investment industry.
We offer a competitive total compensation package: base salary, annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation reflects experience, capabilities, and the ownership and impact associated with the role, and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
We are seeking an Investment Operations Analyst with strong analytical, critical-thinking, and creative problem-solving skills. The analyst will interpret complex data, understand how financial systems interact, exercise independent judgment, strengthen operating controls, and use automation and AI to generate insights and solve meaningful operational problems.
The successful candidate will develop expertise in and assume increasing ownership of the processes that move investment data from trading and custody through accounting, performance, compliance, and client reporting. The analyst will investigate issues, assess their financial and operational impact, coordinate resolution, and help make the operating environment more accurate, connected, scalable, and resilient.
As the analyst’s knowledge and experience grow, they will increasingly investigate issues independently, recommend solutions, drive resolution, and own assigned processes. Strong candidates go beyond executing existing processes: they understand their purpose, challenge assumptions, and design better ways of working.
- Build a front-to-back understanding of how investment decisions become transactions, accounting records, performance results, and client reporting and use that knowledge to improve the flow and integrity of information.
- Develop expertise in investment accounting, reconciliations, trade settlements, corporate actions, and client reporting, and apply that expertise to independently research, analyze, and resolve issues and exceptions.
- Progress from executing assigned work to owning and redesigning business processes that reduce repetitive work, improve data quality, and strengthen client outcomes.
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external service providers to understand needs, coordinate solutions, and implement improvements across functions and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex information, question assumptions, connect ideas across systems, and use process design, automation, analytics, and AI to translate insights into practical, reliable, and scalable improvements.
- Curiosity about investment management and financial markets, with an interest in learning how investment operations, systems, and data support client outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, accountability, and communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and collaborate across teams.
- A quantitative or analytical foundation is valued, but no particular major is required. Familiarity with Excel, AI, workflow automation, analytics, Python, or Power Query is helpful but not essential. We invest in candidates who demonstrate analytical ability, intellectual and financial curiosity, sound judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to learning investment operations.
- Learn from experienced colleagues across the firm while taking on meaningful responsibility and increasing ownership as your knowledge grows.
- Build a strong foundation in investment management through hands-on experience across investment operations, financial data, accounting, performance, and client reporting.
- Innovation with purpose: Use data, automation, and AI to solve real investment operations problems rather than pursue technology for its own sake.
- Competitive compensation and benefits.
