  • Owning, driving the strategic roadmap and prioritizing the backlog for our Mainframe area
  • Ensuring that business needs are translated into clear requirements Lead prioritization decisions, balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements and operational demands
  • Communicate roadmap status, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership audiences.
  • Lead relationships with strategic vendors, outsourced development partners, and third-party technology providers.
  • Monitor performance against delivery commitments, service levels, quality standards, and business outcomes.
  • Work closely with both business and technology, playing a central role in making sure they function effectively together
  • Shape and develop how we work with the outsourced development team Mentor and provide guidance to Product Owners and delivery teams.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Degree holder with major in Technology or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of experience in technology product ownership, software development, systems analysis, or related technology disciplines.
  • Proven experience working with complex requirements, backlog, or product ownership
  • Strong understanding of Mainframe environments , having Cobol experience is a plus
  • Experience managing outsourced development teams, strategic vendors, and global delivery models.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Both insightful and pragmatic, with strong problem-solving skills and comprehension of what is actually “do-able”
  • Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bridge the communication gap between the two groups
  • Structured and decisive, comfortable taking responsibility and driving issues forward
  • Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to manage workload and prioritize
  • Excellent communication, project management and presentation skill Independent, detailed mind and a good team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
