WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS NOW
WHERE YOU'LL CREATE IMPACT
- Own the end-to-end design of the DualEntry platform - from web to mobile
- Translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
- Create and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma
- Work closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often
- Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability
- Help define our design culture and constantly find ways to improve our product development speed
WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- 6+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end
- Experience leading design functions and teams
- Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems
- Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail
- Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions
- Bonus if you have experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Equity: $50,000 - $75,000
- Base salary: $150,000 - $225,000
