Field Marketing & Event Support

•

Flawless Event Support: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams on creating events and customer experiences that are true to the DISQO brand. Own the events plan and operational logistics for industry trade shows, conferences, webinars, and field marketing events—managing events ideation, booth and experience prep, collateral shipping and setup and sales/attendee management.

•

Vendor & Contract Management: Source and coordinate with outside event partners and work hand-in-hand with the creative team to manage print vendors and promotional merchandise suppliers to stay on budget and on schedule.

•

Lead Capture & Follow-Up: Build pre- and post-event communication workflows to guarantee event-sourced leads are captured and routed instantly to Sales teams.

Demand Generation & HubSpot Operations

•

Build Campaigns End-to-End: Set up, launch, and optimize email nurturing, lead scoring, and automated workflows within HubSpot to fuel our sales funnel with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

•

Audience Segmentation: Build and maintain targeted list segmentations to customize messaging for different buyer personas across brands, agencies, and publishers.

•

Data Integrity & Reporting: Partner with Sales/Rev Ops to clean and track inbound leads, monitor conversion rates, and build HubSpot performance dashboards.

Social Content & Brand Support

•

Curate Social Channels: Draft, schedule, and amplify engaging content across DISQO’s corporate social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, etc.) to grow brand awareness and engagement.

•

Cross-Functional Copywriting: Partner with Communications and Product Marketing to draft promotional event copy, social posts, newsletter content, and campaign landing pages.

AI Workflow Modernization

•

Leverage Generative AI: Proactively integrate AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate project management, tasks and event organization, to craft and manage social posts, generate event nurture campaign drafts and subject lines, and analyze event lead data. Understanding demand gen campaign automation for inbound and outbound marketing and reporting is desirable.

•

Process Automation: Build automated workflows to remove operational bottlenecks and speed up project management as well as campaign nurture flows and asset production.
•

4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, specializing in demand generation, field marketing, or integrated marketing campaigns.

•

Event Logistics Ninja: Proven experience executing high-quality virtual webinars and physical field events, with a keen eye for operational details and timelines.

•

HubSpot Expert: Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (automation, email building, forms, tracking) and CRM tools (Salesforce.com).

•

Social & Copywriting Skills: Strong writing skills with experience managing professional social media profiles and producing engaging short-form copy.

•

Self-Directed IC Mindset: Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

•

AI Champion: Passion and demonstrated experience with evaluating, testing, and adopting AI-driven platforms to streamline daily tasks and maximize productivity.

•

Experience in the AdTech, MarTech, or media measurement industries.

•

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
•

Familiarity with design and collaboration software such as Asana, Canva, Figma, and Slack.

•

Project Management specialization
