Sr Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience specializing in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with strong expertise in Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.

· Lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

· Configure and customize Service Cloud features including:

• Case Management
• Omni-Channel
• Knowledge
• Entitlements & Milestones
• Service Console
• Email-to-Case
• Web-to-Case
• Queues & Assignment Rules
• Escalation Rules

· Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.

· Build scalable automation using Flows, Apex Triggers, and Batch Apex.

· Participate in technical design discussions and recommend best practices aligned with Salesforce architecture.

· Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.

· Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

· Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Manage deployments using Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps tools.

· Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new platform capabilities

Job requirements:

· Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.

· Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.

· Hands-on experience with:

• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Aura Components
• Visualforce
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Flows
• Batch Apex
• Queueable Apex
• Platform Events

· Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.

· Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.

· Knowledge of asynchronous processing and governor limits

· Experience with version control systems such as Git.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.

· Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)

· Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)

· Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred)

· Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification (Preferred)

· Experience with Experience Cloud.

· Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or Agentforce.

· Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.

· Integration experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.

· Familiarity with Salesforce DX

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers.

· Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.
