About the role
This is a specialist engineering position focused on the design, support, optimisation and continuous improvement of Cuscal's BMC Helix Platform .
In this role, you will;
- Manage, support and improve the BMC Helix Platform, including Discovery, CMDB and AIOps components
- Integrate BMC solutions with enterprise technology platforms and operational tooling
- Drive platform upgrades, enhancements and strategic improvements
- Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions using BMC technologies
- Partner with vendors and technology stakeholders to maximise value from the BMC platform
What You'll Bring
- Extensive hands-on experience administering and enhancing BMC Helix Platform solutions
- Strong experience across BMC Discovery, CMDB, AIOps and monitoring technologies
- Experience managing enterprise-scale monitoring, alerting and configuration management platforms
- Proven success designing and implementing monitoring and automation solutions
- Experience delivering highly available technology services in medium to large enterprise environments
- Strong background in process design, governance and continuous improvement
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
