Help maintain accuracy across internal systems (project management tools, budget trackers, and resource inputs) keeping all stakeholders aligned.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

1–3 years of agency experience in account management or operations, with a working understanding of core principles across both functions.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines concurrently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly for internal and client audiences.

Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with project management platforms (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or similar) preferred.
