  • Coordinate with the Lead Buyer to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
  • Responsible for material planning and availability to ensure continuous production and minimize supply risks.
  • Monitor shipment status for both overseas and domestic suppliers.
  • Conduct regular supplier visits and meetings with key internal plant stakeholders to ensure alignment and address operational requirements.
  • Support new introduce material.
  • Initiate and manage supplier quality improvement programs and develop alternative sources of supply to strengthen supplier performance and establish an optimized and reliable supply chain.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including material shortages, supplier capacity constraints, delivery delays, and other potential disruptions.
  • Manage and control CUD /Inventory levels in line with plant targets.
  • Raise awareness and provide relevant information regarding ESH (Environment, Safety & Health) responsibilities and requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing/Supply Chain or related field.
  • Experience in Purchasing / Procurement function of Non-Production Materials (NPM) & Services or Logistic.
  • Experience in Tire Manufacturing industry knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience in Planner and SAP system.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.).
  • Has negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Has analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to analysis data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Good command of English.
