Main tasks:
- Willingly visits the production area to collect information and support HR-related processes;
- Performs other tasks related to Human Resources administration and employment documentation.
- Supports the preparation of HR reports, presentations and employment-related records;
- Assists in maintaining and updating personnel records and employee databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information;
- Collects, verifies and organizes employee documentation required for various HR processes;
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a university program in one of the following fields: Romanian Language and Literature, Human Resources, European and International Law, Economics, Management, International Business, or Psychology;
- Available to work full-time;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- English – minimum medium level (spoken & written)
