Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure financial reports are accurate and completed on schedule.
- Budgets, CMS, KPI’s, Sales Reports/Projections, etc
- Analyze and explain variances to management.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts
- Monitor budget performance.
- Analyze departmental spending
- Analysis by customer and product
Accounting Management
- Oversee the general ledger/ chart of accounts. Journal entries.
- Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
- Ensure proper revenue and expense recognition.
- Supervise A/R invoicing
- Monitor customer aging reports.
- Create and manage procedures for collections and delinquent accounts.
- Establish and monitor customer credit limits.
- Work with sales personnel on credit-related issues.
- Vendor invoice processing and payment
- Review vendor statements and resolve differences
- Manage payment schedules, cash flow and vendor relationships.

- Develop and maintain accounting policies. Recommend process improvements
- Monitor day to day activities.
- Identify and reduce financial risks.
- Monitor daily cash balances.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Manage banking relationships

- Produce weekly payroll and maintain records
- Ensure payroll tax compliance.
