About the Role:
We are looking for a client-focused and confident individual who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for someone who has already built a strong foundation in customer or client-facing environments and is looking to develop a long-term career in Client Services. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, develop your commercial and service delivery skills, and play an important role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
You will support Program performance across multiple programs alongside the Client Service Manager (CSM) through daily tasks, including but not restricted to activity set up and management, reporting, briefing, best practice and issue resolution. Role will also be responsible for ensuring all POS distribution and allocation requirements are met and ensuring process and timeline efficiencies and innovation.
Time Management, attention to detail, and juggling conflicting priorities are essential in this role; if you can work under pressure, you will find this role an interesting and challenging opportunity!

Primary Responsibilities:
- Program administration & coordination, reporting & data analysis, POS & operations management
- Develop and manage program operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines
- Lead or supports win/win negotiations that lead to stronger strategic partnerships
- Take ownership and accountability for driving the strategic direction of the client’s program
- Work closely with the Client Service Manager to develop and present analysis and recommendations on areas of opportunity within the program
About You:
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities
- Prior client facing/stakeholder engagement experience highly desirable
- Minimum intermediate computer skills such as MS Excel, Outlook and other MS Office applications
- Effective time management
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for systems & processes
- Operational discipline with an ability to set and achieve deadlines and call out when unable to
- Self-starter with strong initiative, self-motivated with a positive outlook
- Excellent communication skills (face to face and over the phone)
- Ability to develop strong relationships
