Senior Wholesale Associate

Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Senior Business Development Associate, directly reporting to the Assistant Manager of the Global Wholesale Team. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be highly detail-oriented. He/ She must be a self-starter and a team player with the ability to turn strategy into flawless execution that increases efficiency, scalability and effectiveness.

Job Description

• Oversee end-to-end B2B/APAC (including ANZ) wholesale order processing—tracking POs, production lead times, and shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery

• Track and analyze key sales metrics, sell-through rates, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and inventory needs

• Translate complex business updates, strategic plans, and performance reviews into clear, polished, executive-ready presentation decks

• Partner closely with key accounts and internal teams to monitor stock levels, align on demand forecasts, and optimize inventory flow

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project rollouts and campaign executions

• Support the Assistant Manager with market research, sales forecasting, and preparing materials for new partnership opportunities.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline

• 3+ years of relevant experience in wholesale/retail operations (Consumer Goods or Lifestyle/Tech Accessories experience preferred).

• Solid background in wholesale/retail inventory management, order cycles, and stock allocation

• Advanced data analysis skills (strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets modeling and data visualization)

• High proficiency in PowerPoint / Keynote /Canva with a strong eye for visual storytelling and deck layout.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tracks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
