BryceTech is seeking a mid-level Analyst II to support data analytics, performance reporting, and evaluation activities for DHS intelligence programs. This role will play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights for mission stakeholders.

Team Overview:

These roles will collectively support a mission-critical program delivering performance analytics, evaluation, and decision support to DHS intelligence leadership. Team members will collaborate closely to transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance mission effectiveness across the homeland security enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day project management for smaller projects or serves as team lead for a workstream within a larger program
  • Coordinates, guides, and directs the activities of junior consultants to ensure quality and alignment with project objectives
  • Provides direct consulting support across functional areas, including functional analysis, technical support, training/facilitation, and change management
  • Identifies project risks and issues and supports development of mitigation strategies and corrective actions
  • Reviews components of deliverables developed by team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality standards
  • Presents project findings, insights, and results to working-level client stakeholders and management
  • Supports development of client-ready deliverables, briefings, and analytic products aligned with mission objectives
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Intelligence Studies, or related field
  • Advanced degree in public policy, public administration, management science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in consulting, program evaluation, or performance management
