- Experience Range: With at least 7 to 10 years of experience in product management, including proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving product strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring achievement of product goals. 2. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration, delivering timely and high-quality releases. 3. Conduct thorough market analysis, customer feedback review, and competitive intelligence to identify new product opportunities and inform strategic decisions. 4. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact. 5. Define, monitor, and report on product metrics and KPIs to evaluate success and drive continuous improvement. 6. Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage expectations through clear communication of product vision, progress, and timelines. 7. Ensure product compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines. 8. Promote agile methodologies and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and customer-centricity within the product team. Required Skills: 1. Expertise with product lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, Aha!, or Productboard 2. Proficiency in defining and analyzing product metrics and KPIs 3. Advanced skills in market research and competitive analysis 4. Experience in requirements gathering and user story mapping 5. Hands-on experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban 6. Ability to translate business needs into detailed product requirements and specifications 7. Experience with backlog management and feature prioritization 8. Knowledge of user experience design principles and wireframing tools 9. Familiarity with API integration and technical product concepts Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with SaaS or cloud-based product management 2. Expertise in data analytics platforms such as Tableau or Power BI 3. Background in mobile or web application development environments 4. Understanding of go-to-market strategies and product launch planning 5. Exposure to regulatory compliance in technology products Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline 2. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile product management certification
