• Role Summary The Software Development Lead is responsible for leading software development initiatives, managing technical teams, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. This role focuses on hands-on development, technical leadership, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment - Design scalable and high-performance applications and systems - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure timely delivery - Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards - Mentor and guide developers and junior team members - Manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies - Ensure adherence to security, performance, and quality standards Technical Skills - Strong experience in Java / Node.js / Python - Expertise in Microservices and REST APIs - Experience with Spring Boot or similar frameworks - Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases - Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes - Experience with version control systems like Git Experience & Qualifications - 6 to 10 years of software development experience - 2+ years of experience in a lead role - Strong understanding of system design and architecture - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Core Competencies - Leadership and mentoring skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical ability - Effective communication and stakeholder management - Ownership mindset and delivery focus
