Job Summary
We are looking for a senior consultant with deep expertise in Business Intelligence (BI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Pharma/Life Sciences analytics to drive strategic data and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience handling large-scale analytics programs, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BI and AI-driven analytics initiatives across Pharma/Life Sciences projects.
- Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar BI platforms.
- Drive client discussions, solution workshops, and executive presentations related to analytics, AI adoption, and reporting strategies.
- Recommend innovative BI and AI approaches to improve decision-making, automation, forecasting, and business insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients for analytics transformation and AI-driven reporting initiatives.
- Analyze pharma commercial, patient, sales, marketing, and omnichannel datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical and functional guidance.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and business teams.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in BI reporting and visualization tools.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Extensive experience in Pharma/Life Sciences analytics and commercial data domains.
- Experience with patient analytics, sales analytics, field force analytics, or omnichannel analytics.
- Strong client interaction, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead business discussions and recommend scalable BI and AI solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
