Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive product strategy, manage product roadmaps, and deliver innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, UX designers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into product features that maximize customer and business value.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Align product objectives with business goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings.
  • Drive product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Product Backlog Management

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Create and refine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize requirements based on business value, customer impact, and technical dependencies.
  • Ensure backlog readiness for sprint planning and execution.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories.
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.

Agile Product Delivery

  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Clarify requirements and remove impediments to delivery.
  • Support release planning and go-live activities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams.
  • Facilitate product workshops, roadmap discussions, and governance meetings.
  • Communicate product progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive timely decision-making.
  • Product Performance & Optimization
  • Define product KPIs and success metrics.
  • Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Analyze product performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Retail, or Digital Transformation programmes.
  • Experience managing enterprise applications, customer-facing platforms, or digital products.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products and analytics-driven decision-making.
