Experience Range: At least 7 to 10 years of experience, including substantial hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning architecture and application development Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce Lightning solutions to address complex business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms

• Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce Lightning components such as Lightning Pages, Lightning Flows, and Lightning Path to enhance user experience and streamline business processes

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Lightning App Builder, delivering tailored applications and interfaces that improve productivity and operational efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions within the Salesforce Lightning ecosystem

• Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce Lightning development, deployment, and governance across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of advanced Lightning Reports & Dashboards, enabling actionable insights and performance tracking

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Lightning applications and integrations, proactively preventing future challenges

• Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce Lightning architecture, promoting adherence to industry standards and organizational objectives

• Salesforce Lightning App Builder expertise

• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Flows

• Experience designing and configuring Salesforce Lightning Pages

• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Path

• Development and optimization of Lightning Reports & Dashboards

• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models and security architecture

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs

• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools

• Declarative and programmatic Salesforce customization

• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Salesforce DX and modern development lifecycle tools

• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield and advanced security features

• Experience with third-party Salesforce AppExchange solutions

• Background in Agile methodologies for Salesforce project delivery

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification

• Experience with large-scale Salesforce data migration projects

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
