This role will be responsible for building and scaling executive dashboards, analyzing pipeline performance, identifying growth opportunities, and driving recommendations that improve marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.

The ideal candidate is not just a reporting expert, but a strategic business partner who can connect data to action. This person will help marketing leadership understand what is driving pipeline performance, where investments should be optimized, and what decisions will accelerate growth across channels, campaigns, and customer segments. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, marketing strategy, and GTM operations and will play a key role in shaping how marketing performance is measured and improved.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Pipeline Analytics & Reporting

Own and evolve marketing pipeline dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive scorecards that provide visibility into funnel performance, pipeline generation, conversion, velocity, and ROI.

Build scalable reporting and analytics solutions across campaigns, channels, regions, segments, and lifecycle stages.

Develop standardized KPI definitions and measurement frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.

Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities impacting pipeline and revenue growth.

Deliver recurring business insights and performance readouts to marketing and executive leadership.

Strategic Decision Support

Partner with Marketing leadership to drive data-informed decisions that improve pipeline creation, conversion, and efficiency.

Translate data into actionable recommendations on budget allocation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and go-to-market strategy.

Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand drivers of pipeline performance and recommend actions to improve outcomes.

Support quarterly planning, forecasting, and pipeline target-setting processes.

Build models and scenario analyses to evaluate marketing investment decisions and forecast business impact.

Marketing Performance Optimization

Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better segmentation, attribution, funnel optimization, and campaign performance analysis.

Partner with Campaign Operations, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to improve funnel health and pipeline conversion.

Monitor pipeline trends and proactively surface insights that enable faster decision-making and course correction.

Help establish a culture of measurement, accountability, and continuous optimization across the marketing organization.

Leverage AI-enabled analytics and automation tools to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales leadership teams.

Influence stakeholders through clear communication, executive storytelling, and strategic recommendations.

Lead and mentor analytics team members while helping elevate analytical maturity across the organization.

WHO YOU ARE

8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business strategy, revenue operations, or related analytical roles.

Strong experience building pipeline, funnel, and marketing performance dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations that drive measurable impact.

Deep understanding of B2B marketing metrics including pipeline generation, conversion rates, attribution, CAC, ROI, funnel velocity, and revenue performance.

Strong analytical and technical skills including SQL, Excel, and data modeling.

Experience supporting forecasting, planning, and executive business reviews.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in analysis and reporting.

Experience leveraging AI and automation to scale analytics and improve decision-making is a plus.

Experience partnering closely with Demand Generation, Campaign Operations, and Revenue Operations teams.
