Position Summary
The Inventory Management & Procurement Associate keeps our warehouse running and our shelves stocked. You'll handle everything that comes in and goes out - receiving, storing, tracking, and ordering - while working closely with the teams who depend on those parts every day. Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and pull inventory items, and keep records accurate as stock moves in and out
- Run regular counts and audits to catch discrepancies early and keep numbers trustworthy
- Inspect incoming and outgoing items to make sure they meet our quality standards
- Follow and enforce inventory controls so we don't run short or over-order
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, and help maintain warehouse equipment
- Purchase off-the-shelf materials and work with other departments to plan ahead and restock before we run low
- Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries and sort out any shipment issues
- Look for better ways to do things and help improve our processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in inventory, procurement, quality control, or warehouse operations
- Working knowledge of inventory and purchasing processes, quality standards, and warehouse best practices
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your work
- Honest and accountable - we count on you to keep the records straight
- Good communicator who works well with people across teams
- Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and shift gears when priorities change
- Organized, with the ability to juggle several things at once
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
