Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and payments.
- Match invoices to POs and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries.
- Reconcile vendor statements and prepare AP reports.
- Ensure compliance with AP policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Proven AP experience (2+ years).
- Understanding of AP processes and basic accounting.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Good communication skills.
