As an Associate Developer in the Delivery team, you will begin your career supporting the implementation and configuration of the Mainsail™ platform for life sciences clients. Working alongside experienced consultants and developers, you will assist in front-end updates, data setup, and module configuration. This role is designed for early-career professionals (0–6 months of experience) who are ready to build foundational delivery and technical skills in a real-world project environment.

- Support module-level front-end configuration using HTML and CSS templates
- Assist in minor UI adjustments, form creation, and style updates
- Participate in data preparation, validation, and basic SQL query execution
- Collaborate with consultants to understand business requirements and delivery objectives
- Contribute to internal project documentation and issue tracking
- Learn platform capabilities and delivery best practices through hands-on tasks
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (able to read and make simple edits)
- Exposure to JavaScript fundamentals (no coding expected independently)
- Foundational SQL for data review and validation
- Curious to learn C#/.NET environments for better API and data workflow comprehension
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team delivery
- Clear communication and willingness to ask questions
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Excel or Word
