What will your responsibilities be at Ayming?
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into data models, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions.
- Build and maintain analytical datasets using Databricks, SQL, and Python.
- Develop and enhance BI reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Analyze local data sources and integrate them into the broader data ecosystem.
- Support the identification, design, and deployment of Data & AI use cases.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation of KPIs.
- Act as a bridge between business users and the central Data & AI team.
- Promote data-driven decision making across the Spain organization.
- Collaborate closely with the Data Engineer to industrialize analytics products.
You are
- Business-oriented and interested in understanding how the company operates.
- Comfortable working directly with operational teams, managers, and leadership.
- Curious about how Data & AI can solve real business problems.

- A strong communicator able to bridge business and technical teams.

You have
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or related fields.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Good Python programming skills for data preparation, analysis, and automation.
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms (Looker, Tableau).
- Experience building dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytical models.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Databricks (Snowflake, Jupyther Notebooks, Google Colab).
- Understanding of data modeling and analytical data structures.
- Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into data solutions
