As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with site leadership to drive continuous improvement through statistical tools
- Identifying and analyzing production problems to control and improve manufacturing processes
- Optimizing product quality and reducing variation in coating line productivity
- Supporting new product development and material changes in collaboration with Marketing and R&D teams
- Developing and implementing control strategies for sustaining improvement projects
- Managing safety, quality, cost, and process improvement initiatives
- Conducting process evaluations, including trials and capability studies
- Implementing new equipment and operating procedures
- Mentoring team members and developing technical training programs
- Contributing to long-term strategic planning and business metrics analysis
What we will be looking for in you:
Essential:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 1+ years of related business, operations, or lean experience (preferably in technical or manufacturing)
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Platform, and function-specific software
Preferred:
- Experience in logistics and process optimization.
- Strong statistical background.
- Understanding of business metrics and customer value.
