As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with site leadership to drive continuous improvement through  statistical tools
  • Identifying and analyzing production problems to control and improve manufacturing processes
  • Optimizing product quality and reducing variation in coating line productivity
  • Supporting new product development and material changes in collaboration with Marketing and R&D teams
  • Developing and implementing control strategies for sustaining improvement projects
  • Managing safety, quality, cost, and process improvement initiatives
  • Conducting process evaluations, including trials and capability studies
  • Implementing new equipment and operating procedures
  • Mentoring team members and developing technical training programs
  • Contributing to long-term strategic planning and business metrics analysis

What we will be looking for in you:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 1+ years of related business, operations, or lean experience (preferably in technical or manufacturing)
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Platform, and function-specific software

Preferred:

  • Experience in logistics and process optimization.
  • Strong statistical background.
  • Understanding of business metrics and customer value.
