Senior Full Stack Developer

As a highly experienced, motivated, and innovative Sr. Full Stack Developer on the Incubation Team, you will be a core member of a lean, cross-functional squad. You will drive rapid prototyping, validate new opportunities, and provide agile, end-to-end solutions to urgent market needs, directly accelerating Augury’s growth and market leadership.

Drive rapid prototyping and technical validation of new business opportunities and solutions end-to-end (design, implementation, testing, and deployment to early adopters).Apply daily AI Native code development best practices to optimize your impactLeverage your full-stack expertise to build agile, end-to-end solutions that address urgent market and customer needs, directly accelerating Augury’s growth.Proactively discover, assess, and integrate new external technologies (e.g., Gen AI tools, 3D scanning, modeling) to continuously enhance our products and development flows.


• Own and lead end-to-end deliverables: design, testing, implementation, and deployment.

• Put your full-stack abilities into action within the squad.

• Hands-on close work with different disciplines (Mobile, Data Engineering, Design, Product, and more), collaborating together as part of the squad’s lifecycle.

• Collaborate with discipline members on code reviews and design challenges.

• Keep our full tech stack and architecture up to date with industry standards, drive for iterative improvements, and push for best practices and innovation.

• Collaborate on company-wide initiatives by reviewing new product specifications and engineering design reviews from other squads and disciplines.

• Your Stack – You bring at least 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, including:


• Frontend Expertise


• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with React in a live production environment.

• Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components using tools such as Storybook, styled-system, and styled-components.

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, including:


• State management and data flow solutions (e.g., RxJS, Redux)

• Scaling web applications and migrating production systems to modern technologies

• Frontend infrastructure and build tooling, including Webpack, frontend servers, and deployment workflows.



• Backend Expertise


• At least 3 years of backend development experience in a live production environment using microservices architecture with Golang, NSQ, and MongoDB.

• Experience developing with Node.js and/or Python.

• Experience working with distributed systems and asynchronous communication technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.

• Experience with multiple NoSQL databases beyond MongoDB.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, Azure, or similar.

• Experience working with CI/CD frameworks, infrastructure, and continuous deployment practices.


• Experience implementing testing across multiple layers, including unit, component, and end-to-end testing.

• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar technologies.

• You are comfortable working with full-stack infrastructure, including setting up development environments and debugging applications in cloud environments.
