It’s a chance to take full ownership, ship real code, and experiment with the latest AI tech.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

  • Ship internal tools and AI-powered workflows that support Product and Product Operations. Examples could include automated contract onboarding, triage of customer requests, and internal Q&A.
  • Partner with Product stakeholders and leadership to identify inefficiencies and automate repetitive workflows
  • Build prototypes using LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval techniques to enhance product execution
  • Turn high-impact manual processes into scalable systems
  • Test new product features and provide structured feedback to engineering
  • Contribute production-quality code in Go, Python, or React/TypeScript
  • Explore novel applications of AI within data orchestration and revenue operations

What you bring to the role:

  • Interested in the intersection of AI, automation, and business impact
  • Excited about building tools that drive measurable outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguity
  • Excellent communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally

Bonus points if you have:

  • Built or experimented with AI agents or automation workflows
  • Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Built internal tools or revenue-supporting systems
  • Familiarity with building reports or other analytics
  • Contributed to open-source projects
  • Experience building prototypes in fast-moving environments
  • Familiarity with Apache Airflow or data engineering concepts
