Drive supplier excellence by ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and compliance through proactive quality management, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration, contributing to ASM’s operational excellence and innovation.
What you will be working on
•Provide technical expertise in manufacturing technologies and engineering best practices to drive product quality with key suppliers
•Manage and drive quality improvements for Cable and PCBA suppliers
•Work with manufacturing sites and field teams to investigate non-conformances and ensure closure with suppliers
•Drive FMEA and implement Process Control Systems (PCS)
•Review SPC data and manage suppliers’ OCAP execution
•Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement
•Conduct supplier audits including surveillance and problem-solving audits
•Lead investigations and support SCAR/8D reporting
•Support failure analysis (FA) and share findings with internal stakeholders
•Develop strong supplier relationships and promote continuous improvement
•Up to 20% international travel required
What we are looking for
•4–7 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or related field
•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred (other engineering disciplines acceptable with relevant experience)
•Experience in Cable or PCBA-related processes preferred
•Fluent communication skills in English for global suppliers interaction
•Strong ownership and ability to work independently
•Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
