Each day you will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in their eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities.
Wellness Partners encourage our residents to maintain skills and a sense of independence. Resident welfare is important, and you will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions Participation in ongoing training is expected.

Arvida Level 4
- NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least three-years’ experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 3
