- Machine-assisted preparation and cutting of cables, wires, and heat-shrink tubing according to specified production orders
- Operation of our semi- and fully automated machines after appropriate training
- Performing basic setup, inspection, and maintenance tasks
- Providing and preparing the materials required for ongoing production
- Carrying out logistics and inventory activities
- Carefully following defined work procedures and quality standards
- A technical qualification is not required – reliability, accuracy, willingness to learn, and an interest in technical topics are what matter to us
- Previous experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or a similar environment is an advantage
- Enjoyment of practical, clearly structured, and repetitive tasks
- Willingness to learn how to operate our machines and follow our processes
- A careful and conscientious approach to work
- Sufficient German language skills to safely understand work instructions and production orders
- Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
