- Gain an in-depth understanding of the Corporate Services division and the company by actively contributing to a variety of operational and strategic topics and projects
- Independently manage project tasks and gradually take ownership of projects
- Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates
- Act as an interface between Corporate Services and other business units, as well as subsidiaries and sister companies
- Support the Division Manager in day-to-day business, including cost, workforce, and investment planning
- Take on temporary leadership responsibilities as preparation for the next career step
- Completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) and initial professional experience in an industrial company
- Solid understanding of business administration
- Strong affinity for IT; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- High level of responsibility and the ability to work independently
- Strong self-motivation and a commitment to achieving outstanding results together with the team
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for collaborating with different business units and working on a wide variety of tasks
- Willingness to work abroad for an extended period of time
