SR INFLUENCER MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Requirements
- Proven experience in Influencer Marketing and working with UGC creators
- Experience identifying, selecting, and managing creators
- Ability to develop and manage briefs, oversee deliverables, and coordinate workflows
- A self-driven, organized, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency.
- Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
Activities
- Identify, research, vet, and recommend influencers and UGC creators aligned with the campaign objectives
- Manage creator outreach, communication, and day-to-day relationships
- Develop and coordinate creator briefs, guidelines, timelines, and deliverables
- Review creator content and coordinate feedback and approval rounds
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and campaign status, ensuring smooth execution
- Maintain organized creator lists, trackers, and project documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders throughout the campaign
- Identify potential issues or delays and proactively recommend solutions
- Support campaign reporting and consolidate key learnings and results
- Work closely with the internal manager while being able to independently manage day-to-day execution
