WE ARE HIRING:

Content Governance Assistant (Beauty)

Requirements
Background in Communication, Information Science, Marketing, Content Management, or a related field.
Previous experience (preferred) in digital content management, documentation, or editorial compliance/QA roles.
Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS), metadata tagging, and publishing workflows.
Ability to work with collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, etc.).
Intermediate to advanced level of English (especially if working with bilingual or international content).

Activities
Responsible for properly documenting and archiving every action performed by influencers (post, reel, story), ensuring traceability, legal compliance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Support the implementation and monitoring of policies, standards, and processes related to content creation, management, and publishing within the organization.
Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and strategic content objectives.
