Senior Product Designer / Lead Product Designer (5–10 Years Experience)
Role Overview : As a Senior Product Designer / Lead Product Designer at Anchanto, you will lead the design of complex Enterprise SaaS experiences across our commerce, logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment platforms. You will drive end-to-end product design initiatives, influence product strategy, contribute to Design System evolution, and help establish AI-powered design practices that improve product quality and delivery speed. This role combines deep UX expertise, systems thinking, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities / What You Will Own
End-to-End Product Ownership
•
Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
•
Define workflows, interaction models, information architecture, and design strategy.
•
Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
•
Drive product decisions through customer insights and data
Enterprise UX & Systems Thinking
•
Design interconnected workflows across platforms.
•
Create scalable solutions for data-heavy operational environments.
•
Anticipate edge cases and operational complexities .
Design System Leadership
•
Drive evolution and adoption of the Anchanto Design System.
•
Define reusable components, patterns, documentation, and governance.
•
Partner with Engineering on Design-to-Code initiatives.
Research & Product Strategy
- Conduct and guide user research activities.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Define UX success metrics and measure impact
AI-Powered Design Innovation
- Champion AI-assisted design practices.
- Evaluate and implement tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Figma AI, and emerging technologies.
- Improve design efficiency through AI-powered workflows.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities into product experiences.
Team & Design Leadership
- Mentor junior designers.
- Lead design reviews and critiques.
- Establish design best practices and quality standards.

Skills & Experience Required
•
5–10 years of Product Design experience.
•
Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex products.
•
Expertise in UX, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.

Experience designing Enterprise SaaS, B2B, or operational products.
•
Experience contributing to or scaling Design Systems.
•
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
Preferred
•
Experience in Ecommerce, Logistics, Supply Chain or Marketplace platforms.
•
Experience mentoring designers.
•
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-driven front-end development.
•
(Good to have) Accessibility and international product experience.
