- B.S. in Computer Science or related field, plus 7 years of relevant experience with software and/or system development in high demand production environment.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices · Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code practices and tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) to support consistent, repeatable, and secure deployment of mission-critical systems
- Experience supporting and maintaining application codebases deployed across hybrid architectures (cloud and on-prem), with familiarity in network virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions in federal environments
- Experience with Golang, Post Gres, Python, NodeJS, Rust, and/or Java Script.
- Experience with basic scripting
- Experience conducting code reviews (G, Kotlin, Java) and test plan reviews
- Experience designing, implementing, and integrating APIs using modern communication protocols (e.g., REST, gRPC)
- Experience troubleshooting issues and working with team to resolve
- Ability to collaborate in system design, requirements analysis, and work product review to ensure sound technical solutions
- Ability to create plans to ensure that necessary maintenance to support system health is performed regularly.
- Ability to perform system level design and configuration of products including determination of cloud computer unit, operating system, and other platform specs
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate successfully onsite with our customer and team in a fast pasted operational environment
- An existing Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI accesses with a polygraph
- Knowledge of VoIP architectures, signaling protocols, and configuration of provider services (e.g., Vonage)
- Proficiency with Twilio APIs and associated documentation
- Experience in an agile environment
- Familiarity with government ATO process
