•
Lead cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects
•
Drive project roadmaps and provide high-level oversight to ensure all engineering objectives and business milestones are met
•
Communicate with factories and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
•
PLM management support of Ampd products
•
Manage bill of materials, subassemblies and individual items via the change order process
•
Work with the Engineering teams to ensure documentation is correctly and accurately uploaded and maintained on the Arena PLM database
•
A strategic leader with a proven track record of managing high-stakes technical projects
•
An expert communicator capable of influencing senior leadership and external partners
•
Passionate about improving our environment
•
Bachelor’s degree in project management or an Engineering field
•
10+ years of experience in project management (Candidates with less than 10 years of experience may be considered for an Assistant Project Manager role)
•
Actual production experiences with documentation and reporting skills would be an advantage
