You are a hands-on leader who writes code every day. You have deep JavaScript and TypeScript experience, strong frontend roots, and the full-stack perspective necessary to architect systems that scale without friction.

- Take full ownership of building, shipping, and evolving our frontend ecosystem.
- Define and deliver detailed technical roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Set the bar for engineering standards, mentor developers, and foster a culture of extreme ownership.
