AI FULL STACK ENGINEER
(€80K – €130K • Offers Equity)
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will build and iterate on internal tools and products, integrating AI capabilities into our systems. The focus is on strong engineering with a clear AI angle: working across the stack, connecting to AI APIs, and collaborating with business stakeholders to improve their workflows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and maintain full stack applications (front end, back end, databases)
- Architect durable AI workflows that adapt as the LLM landscape evolves, not brittle prompt chains
- Build and maintain back-end services in Node.js or Python
- Integrate and orchestrate AI APIs into existing and new systems
- Work across multiple systems and data sources, making sense of fragmented data
- Collaborate with business teams (e.g. marketing, UA, operations) to:
- Understand their work and tools
- Identify where AI can improve their workflows
- Translate needs into technical solutions and iterate on them
MUST-HAVES
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building complex agentic systems
- Experience integrating and working with AI APIs
- Strong coding skills and solid engineering fundamentals
- Full stack capabilities: front end, back end, databases
- Good prompting skills and ability to use current AI tools effectively
- Production experience with Node.js or Python
- Curiosity, initiative, and strong learning mindset (especially around AI)
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with agentic/system-thinking approaches for AI solutions
- Experience partnering closely with marketing, UA, or other business/ops teams
