Lead executive compensation analyses and support the preparation of materials for Compensation Committee, Board, and executive leadership reviews.

What We Look For:

12+ years of compensation experience, including significant experience designing and managing broad-based and executive compensation programs.

Demonstrated success leading increasingly complex compensation initiatives and influencing senior business leaders.

Deep expertise across compensation strategy, market benchmarking, incentive design, executive compensation, governance, and program administration.

Experience supporting executive compensation programs, Board or Compensation Committee processes, proxy-related activities, or other governance requirements.

Proven ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal, and business leadership.

Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to translate philosophy into scalable operational solutions.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including expert-level proficiency in Excel and experience building complex compensation models, scenario analyses, and large-scale workforce analyses.

Experience leveraging modern analytics, data, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Snowflake, Sigma Computing, Claude Code, or similar platforms) to drive insights, improve efficiency, and support compensation decision-making.
