The Role

As a Workplace Operations Assistant, you will handle and coordinate various administrative functions within the organisation. Your role will involve providing support to the Workplace Ops local team, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the overall success of the organisation.

Applicants must have, and maintain, the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Courier management (send/receive couriers as per the requirement)
  • Visitor management: support internal and external visitor requests.
  • Official documentation print/scan, filing.
  • Support in-office events, such as meetings, conferences, and other activities.
  • Maintain inventory for office & pantry supplies (ordering, re-stocking)
  • Minor coordination with the building facility manager for repairs, fittings, problem resolution etc.
  • Vendor coordination when required.
  • Greeting and directing visitors and answering questions related to the workspace.
  • This role requires to be in the office 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Who You Are

  • A high school diploma.
  • Solid understanding of and experience with administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Excellent communicator with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • Familiarity with office equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
