As an HR Intern, you will become part of our HR team, supporting a fast-growing international organization. You will gain valuable experience across multiple HR topics while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Your Role in Our Story:
In essence, your role involves:
- Assisting with onboarding activities for new hires
- Helping maintain and update HR systems and employee records
- Supporting HR projects related to employee engagement, learning & development, or employee branding
- Assisting with internal communication and HR initiatives
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on, real world HR experience in a fast-paced international trading environment. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain exposure to various HR projects.
Your Expertise:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Available for a full-time internship for a duration of 5 - 6 months
- Available to work from our HQ office in Amsterdam Zuidas with flexibility regarding university classes
- Preference will be given to candidates who are eligible to work in Netherlands
- Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
- A strong communication with a people-focus mindset
- Fluent in English. Dutch and/or additional languages are plus
- Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment
