Job Title : Tax accountant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax accountant to support our finance team
with filing tax documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles within a
finance or tax department and will be responsible for the efficient preparation, organization, and
filing of tax documents. This position ensures that all tax filings are accurate and submitted in a
timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and organizing tax documents, including gathering necessary financial data and supporting documentation.
- Filing: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax documents, meeting all deadlines.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related documents and correspondences.
- Data Entry: Input financial data accurately into tax software and spreadsheets.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations by staying informed about current tax requirements.
- Support Tax Audits: Provide administrative support during tax audits, including gathering and organizing necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with Team: Work closely with the finance and tax teams to gather necessary information for tax filings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
